THE BUTCHERY

At Marsh Green Café & Farm shop we’re proud to host a dedicated butchery counter run by Robin Maycock Butchers of Holloway.  They are one of only a handful of butchers  remaining in the country with complete control of their produce from farm to plate.

All of our finest quality beef, lamb and pork is locally sourced from Derbyshire by master butcher and livestock judge Robin Maycock, and prepared in their own licensed abattoir. This unique approach ensures traceability, animal welfare and exceptional quality at every stage.

You’ll find a full range of fresh cuts, handmade sausages and speciality products, along with expert advice, custom cuts and cooking tips from our skilled butchers. Whether you’re planning a Sunday roast, a summer barbecue or something special, our butchery counter brings the freshest taste of the countryside straight to your table.
